Lobos Catamaran (Freebird IV)
Enjoy an unforgettable day on the Lobos Catamaran (Freebird VI), sailing from the harbour of Corralejo to the paradise island of Lobos.
Everything starts in your hotel; we will pick you up at your hotel no matter where it is situated on the island. It is the only excursion who picks up the guests from Jandia, situated 136 km from Corralejo. It will be the opportunity for the guests who are staying in Jandia to discover the island from coast to coast.
After arriving at the harbour of Corralejo the crew will welcome you with a cocktail and nice music.
We will leave the harbour sailing in direction of the island of Lobos searching for dolphins and wales, who from time to time will join us on this beautiful journey.
When arriving at Lobos we will anchor in the bay of the small village, here you can have a swim, snorkel (dive with glasses and snorkel) or just enjoy the sun in good company.
While the crew is preparing some typical tapas from the Canary islands: goat cheese, seasoned majorero tomatoes, typical potatoes from the canary islands (papas arrugadas), etc.. And the drinks… are free during the whole trip.
After having lunch, you can go ashore on the island for 45 minutes. This is enough time to have a tour of the island. Or you can just go and relax on one of the marvellous beaches in this natural paradise.
Finally, we will set sail to the harbour of Corralejo. After a nice farewell the coach will bring you back to your hotel.

In my opinion this is one of the best excursions in Fuerteventura. However, some customers feel that the drive is too long from Jandia to Corralejo. Other customers think it is a double excursion, as you can take the long journey in coach as a tour of the island.
The one thing everyone agrees on is the undeniable beauty of the island of Lobos

Disfrute de un día inolvidable navegando a vela en el Lobos catamaran (Freebird VI), desde el puerto de Corralejo hacia la paradisíaca isla de Lobos.
Todo empieza en su hotel, es totalmente indiferente dónde se encuentre éste, pues ésta es la única empresa de Corralejo, que recoge a sus clientes desde Jandía, a 136 kilómetros desde Corralejo. Así pues, para los clientes que reserven desde Jandía, será también una oportunidad para ver la isla….de punta a punta.!!
Después, a la llegada al muelle de Corralejo, la tripulación les dará la más cordial bienvenida con un cocktail y buena música de fondo.
Salimos del muelle rumbo a la isla de Lobos navegando a vela en busca de delfines y ballenas, los cuales de vez en cuando nos acompañan en ésta linda travesía.
Al llegar a “Lobos” fondeamos en la bahía del pueblito, entonces puede usted darse un bañito, hacer snorquel (bucear con gafas y tubo) o simplemente disfrutar del Sol en buena compañía.
Mientras la tripulación les prepara unas tapas típicas canarias; queso de cabra, tomates majoreros aliñados, papas arrugadas, etc.. Y las bebidas…….Barra libre todo el viaje.!!
Tras la comida, pueden ustedes desembarcar cuarenta y cinco minutos en la isla. Éste tiempo es suficiente para recorrer la isla. O tal vez relajarse un ratito en una de las maravillosas playas de éste paraíso natural.
Finalmente emprendemos el regreso al muelle de Corralejo. Tras una cordial despedida, volvemos autobús que nos devolverá a nuestro hotel.

Finalmente opino que ésta, es una de las mejores excursiones de Fuerteventura. Sin embargo algunos clientes opinan que son demasiados kilómetros desde Jandía. Otros en cambio, creen que es una doble excursión, pues se puede considerar también, una vuelta a la isla.
Mientras que todos coinciden, en la belleza indiscutible de la Isla de Lobos.
